- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Feta cheese - 3 st. spoons
- Black olives - 10-12 pieces
- Green onions (feather) - 1-2 pieces
- Black pepper - - To taste
Olives (without pits) cut into thin circles. Finely chop the onions. Mix feta, olives and onions. Pepper to taste. It is not necessary to salt it - olives and feta are already salted. Sliced bread dried in a dry frying pan or in a toaster, then rubbed with garlic and lightly sprinkled with olive oil. We spread the resulting croutons with a mixture of feta, onion and olives.
