Serve fritters with jam, jam or honey. Preparation: Stir yeast in warm milk until the milk turns cream-colored. Add the beaten egg, vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste. Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring constantly. Knead homogeneous dough without lumps. Cover the dough with a napkin or a clean kitchen towel and allow to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
