2. Hot pressing
With this method, the seeds are heated and pressed. Because of what the oil turns dark and more fragrant. At the same time, little protein substances remain in the oil, which make it not so useful, but the shelf life increases. After pressing, this oil is treated: hydrated, neutralized, filtered. The oil that is obtained by hot pressing is considered unrefined, and it is not as useful as cold pressed oil

3. Oil by extraction
How does a refined vegetable oil? Just take the seeds and fill them with hexane. Hexane is an analogue of gasoline, an organic solvent. When oil is extracted from the seeds, the organic solvent hexane is removed with water vapor and then removed with alkali. The resulting raw material is processed in a vacuum with steam to deodorize and bleach this product. Then they are bottled and called butter.

Why this vegetable oil can be harmful? And all because, how many do not process, but still the remnants of chemicals and gasoline are contained in the oil. Of course, there are no useful substances and vitamins in this oil.

Advertising "oil" tricks
Our ignorance is manipulated by advertising. On the shelves in the shops there are bottles with butter, on them that is just not written - "without cholesterol", "with vitamins", "useful".

"Oil without cholesterol", it is quite natural, because in vegetable oil there can not be cholesterol, it is only in animal fats.

"Oil without the addition of preservatives", probably, sounds tempting. If you think about it, refined oil, it's a 100% dead product, and adding more preservatives, it's pretty silly.

Olive oil
There are many types of olive oil, which one should I choose? The most useful and best vegetable oil is oil of cold first pressing. Olive oil is very expensive, and if the bottle of oil costs less than one hundred rubles, this means that it is not pure olive oil, but it is unclear what mixture.
It is also interesting to try other types of vegetable oils. They are very expensive and useful, they can diversify salads and give them an unusual and new taste. You can pay attention to the oil from watermelon seeds, redhead seeds, pumpkin seed oil, walnuts, linseed, cedar, mustard oil and others. They all contain a bunch of nutrients and vitamins, and they are all very useful.

Which vegetable oils should I refrain from?
Corn oil. Everything that is sold is refined, and does not bring any benefit.

Rapeseed and soybean oil. Often this oil is squeezed out of the GMO, but for some reason it is not indicated on the package. If you have not read about the harm of GMOs, then read it.

Vegetable oil and oil for salads. Is not it, this is an amazing oil, and for some reason the manufacturer has not indicated the composition, and this vegetable oil will not benefit the person, because everything is harmful there, everything that was described above.

When a vegetable oil is very harmful
Vegetable oil does not heat more than 100 degrees, as the result is a carcinogenic substance - acrylamide. It is very harmful to fry in vegetable oil when the temperature of the oil reaches 250 degrees. This suggests that you can not treat fried pies and fast food products, fry deep-fried.

Then what can you roast? It is best to fry on melted butter, and you need to re-oil yourself. An excellent solution is to purchase a Teflon-coated frying pan and do not use anything for frying. It is possible not to fry, but to extinguish the products, then not to a skillet, and the oil is added to the water, and the temperature will not rise above 100 degrees.

To make vegetable oil one benefit, but not harmful:

- Buy unrefined cold pressed oil;

- Do not listen to advertising tricks of sellers, they need to sell vegetable oil, they will not think how to bring you benefits. Turn on the brains, remember that the sellers are not the angels they want to appear.

- Do not buy vegetable oil with an incomprehensible composition, rapeseed, corn, soybean oil. For frying, use ghee, and use vegetable oil for stewed vegetables and salads.
