VEGETABLE VEGETARIAN Diet

Vegetables are a rich source of carbohydrates, easily assimilated by our body, minerals and vitamins and very necessary fiber for the body. Vegetables do not cause gravity in the stomach, quickly cause a sense of satiety and thus do not contribute to obesity, so they are often the basis of many diets. Vegetarian vegetarian diet is recommended for people who have a tendency to hypertension or excess weight.

As a rule, the course of such a diet lasts a little less than a week. Vegetarian diet involves the exclusion from the diet of anything that has an animal origin. The volume of common consumed fruits and vegetables is gradually brought up to one and a half kilograms. The most frequent dishes of this diet are vegetable soups and salads, which are prepared using unrefined vegetable oil, corn, sunflower or olive.

There is a softer version of this diet, with it you can eat some vegetable stews and legumes. Examples of such dishes can be stewed cabbage with additions in the form of onions, tomatoes, carrots, beans, lentils, various mixtures of frozen vegetables, zucchini, canned peas.

However, it should be remembered that unlike salads, stew should be eaten in small quantities.

All week except for the fifth day, rye bread, various types of nuts such as cashew, peanuts, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc. can be added to the diet. A set of greens, vegetables and fruits should be as varied as possible. If you feel a sharp hunger, you can eat a small amount of raw vegetables. Be careful with beets - it is useful for cleansing the body, but with excessive consumption can cause frustration of the intestine. Shortly before going to bed, it is recommended to take soothing decoctions of herbs.

Another vegetable diet

The most favorable time for a vegetable diet is the season of vegetables, i.e. the period is about a month. However, this period can also be extended by adding protein and carbohydrates to the diet. With a diet, a weight loss of 2 to 5 kilograms is noted.
