Recipe 1. Vegetables baked in pots

Recipe 2. Vegetarian cabbage rolls
- round rice - 1 glass
- carrots - 4 pcs
- cabbage - 1 kachan
- bulb - 2-3 pieces
- tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- sour cream - 200 g
- Garlic, greens, vegetable oil, salt - to taste
Cooking method:
- Boil the leaves of cabbage until soft.
- Boil the rice.
- Grate the carrots on a large grater. Cut the onions into half rings. Fry vegetables in oil. Enter the garlic.
- Vegetables and rice combine, mix, put on cabbage leaves and wrap.
- Put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan.
- Make a fry from carrots, onions, tomato paste. Gradually introduce sour cream, 50 ml of pure water and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the cabbage rolls.
- Stew about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before turning off.
