Walnut cake with maple cream

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour the cake form with parchment paper or oil it and sprinkle with flour. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. In a medium bowl, beat the maple syrup and milk with a whisk, set aside. In a large bowl, whip the butter and sugar together with a mixer. Add eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla and whisk. Add about 1/3 of the flour mix and mix. Add half of the syrup and whip. Add another third of the flour and mix, then add the remaining syrup and whip. Finally, add the rest of the flour and beat the mixture until smooth. Stir with ground nuts. 2. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake will not come out with a few crumbs. Let cool in the form for about 2 minutes, then put it on the rack for cooling. Cut the cake into 3 cakes. 3. To make the glaze, whip butter at high speed with a mixer. Beat with sugar powder. Add vanilla, sugar and maple syrup, whisk. Add fat cream and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes. Lubricate the cakes, sides and top of the cake. 4. Decorate with chocolate glaze.
