Remove the nuts from the frying pan, allow to cool and coarsely chop. Set aside. 2. In a large saucepan with boiling salted water, add the Penne pasta and cook until ready, according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water by reserving 1/4 cup of pasta. Put the paste and water aside. 3. Reduce the heat to medium and add butter, milk and blue cheese to the pan. Stir to a homogeneous consistency. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. 4.
