With a hand mixer, lightly beat the butter at room temperature until smooth. We add honey. At a slow speed mixer we begin to mix the butter with honey. Beat about 3-5 minutes until a light, airy mass is formed. The finished mass should look something like the photo. The oil should be smooth, but thick, do not slip off the knife when spreading. Actually, honey oil is ready, however we will give it one more flavor note. Take the jam - I recommend the raspberry. Add a tablespoon of jam to our mass. Whisk until uniform - and the oil is ready.
