- ounces of milk chocolate - 12 pieces
- cream - 1/3 Glass
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 pieces

Cover the baking sheet with wax paper and sprinkle with food spray. Melt the milk chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the cream and vanilla. Spoon out the chocolate mixture into beads the size of a tablespoon and put them on prepared baking sheets. Cool well, about 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the fat. Roll every piece of chilled chocolate into a ball. Spoon the chocolate balls into a melted mixture of chocolate chips. Return truffles to baking sheets and refrigerate until they harden.
