It is not so difficult for a pregnant woman to replace a cup of coffee, herbal tea or a glass of plain water, bake meat instead of frying it in a frying pan, snack with fresh fruits or nuts instead of chips. The same is with physical activity. Of course, no one expects Olympic records from you, just find the load that you like, it is often a swimming, it is loved by most expectant mothers and considers the most optimal sports most experts. Or yoga for pregnant women, very soft, not too tense even for unprepared ones. And just regular walking at a fast pace, preferably in the park, will already give excellent results. The most important thing is to try to do everything in pleasure, not forcing yourself, but, on the contrary, as if encouraging, because this is all for the most wonderful, most long-awaited creature, which so far completely depends on you.

Many women admit that they want to become more feminine, they are attracted by delicate colors, light flowing fabrics, habitual jeans pulls to change for skirts and dresses. And the surrounding, relatives and friends, as a rule, condescendingly treat women's "throwing" during this period. As the wise husband of one of my friends rightly said, who suddenly decided to buy her dresses (in ordinary life she does not really like wearing them): "Of course, buy it. Suddenly this is your last pregnancy, we can quite afford to indulge your desires, you should feel like the most beautiful mother in the world! "
