- Step 1 For the preparation of crispy onion rings, we need a large onion, wheat flour, corn flour, breadcrumbs, white sesame, salt, black ground pepper, sunflower refined oil for deep-frying, boiled water.
- Step 2 We clean the onion, cut into rings, divide into individual rings.
- Step 3 Mix the corn and wheat flour.
- Step 4 Add salt and black ground pepper, pour boiling water in small portions so that the dough acquires a consistency for both pancakes. We leave our batter for 10 minutes for proofing.
