Method two:

Sour curd is prepared on the basis of baby yogurt or kefir with 1% fat content. Of 100 ml of kefir is obtained about 50 g. cottage cheese. Kefir is poured into a jar, which is put on the bottom of a pot of water (having previously put a gauze napkin on the bottom so that the pot does not burst). Then, on low heat, the water is brought to a boil. After 5 minutes of boiling, the resulting clot in the jar is spread over clean gauze, drain and cool. Cottage cheese is ready!

Meat to a child in 9 months should be given in an amount of 60-70 gr. per day. It can be low-fat beef and pork, veal and rabbit, turkey and chicken (white meat without skin), lean lamb.

You can use ready-made baby cans, you can give boiled meat, twice passed through a meat grinder, souffle, meatballs. The fish is also given either boiled (fillet), or in the form of souffle and meatballs. It is best to combine meat and fish dishes with vegetable purees. Meatballs can be served in broth, in soup.
