- Cottage cheese - 500 Grams
- Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 6 Art. spoons
- Flour - 1/4 cup
- Yogurt - 200 Grams
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Berries are fresh - 200-300 Grams
- Butter - 20 Grams
Beat eggs, cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. It should be a magnificent mass. Add yogurt and vanilla essence to the mixture, whisk it well, then add the flour and whisk again until smooth. Directly into the mixture we add fresh berries - I had it raspberry, but in general you can add anything. Gently mix. Molds for baking (better, if they are immediately portioned) a little grease with butter, then we put our mass in them. We put in a preheated to 190 degrees oven for 40 minutes. That's the whole trick :) Curd casserole with berries is ready! Serve warm with fresh berries. Bon Appetit!
