Sharp peppers, clean and finely chopped. Ginger is cleaned, cut into pieces of arbitrary size. Load ginger and pepper into the bowl of a blender or food processor, and pour a glass of apple cider vinegar. Grind to a puree consistency. Put the mixture on a quick fire, bring to a boil, after which the fire is reduced to medium, and in the pan add the remaining glass of vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. After the specified 5 minutes of boiling, add the liquid pectin to the pan. Stirring, bring to a boil and simmer exactly 1 minute. We remove from the fire. The foam that appears on the surface is removed. The resulting jelly is poured over hot sterilized jars. Close the lids. We turn the jars and leave it for 10 minutes. We turn the cans downside down, leave them alone for 24 hours. Then the cans can be sent to storage in a dark cool place.
