Cupcake with beetroot I have a large collection of recipes for all kinds of cupcakes. Especially I like baking with fruits, berries and ... vegetables! For example, beet cakes, from which no one has refused and even orders me dozens for various personal and social events, although the beetroot ingredient in them does not guess, but they think that it is a mushroom with some exotic jam. In total in my arsenal 4 kinds of useful beetroot baking and one recipe in detail I will share. As a spice for a beet cake is a mixture that is used when baking roe (painted gingerbread). The composition of the gingerbread mixture: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cardamom in a ratio on personal taste or approximately in equal shares, an excellent taste gives vanilla (vanilla sugar).
Ingredients:- Beets 1 pc.
