This recipe for sauerkraut in a multivark, I already polished to the smallest detail, I often cook this dish - myself as the main thing, my husband as a garnish for meat. Everyone is happy, everyone likes :) So, I tell you how to make sauerkraut in a multivark: 1. Turn on the multivark, the "Hot" mode, the time is 20 minutes. Onions and carrots are cleaned, cut into cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until golden crust. 2. Clean potatoes, cut into cubes. We put it into the multivark. We add cabbage. All lightly fry. 3. Turn on the "Quenching" mode, the time is 30 minutes. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, spices, if desired - fresh greens. Close the lid and stew. 4.
