1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Fold the shape with a 18 cm diameter parchment paper. Pass the almonds through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Put the chopped almonds in a bowl, add sugar, egg whites and vanillin. 2. Set the bowl over the pot with boiling water. Heat the mixture for 5-10 minutes until the sugar completely dissolves, and the almond mixture becomes lighter. 3. Pour the dough into prepared form and bake for 20-25 minutes. Repeat with the remaining almond mixture. You should get 3 dry cakes. 4. To prepare the cream, whisk the Mascarpone cheese with sugar powder and vanillin. 5. Lubricate each cake with cream, applying cakes to each other. 6. Put the cake soaked in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
