This dish rarely leaves anyone indifferent, and especially men are favored by him, for whom the main thing after a hard working day is that it's tasty and ... a lot of meat. Ingredients:- Beef flesh 1200 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Leeks 2 pcs.
- Carrot 2 pcs.
- Celery stems 3 pcs.
- Potatoes 6 pcs.
- Thyme (Thyme) fresh 10 g
- Pepper fragrant 8 pcs.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To cook the roast we take 1,2-1,4 kg of beef pulp, onions, leeks, 2 medium carrots, 5-6 potatoes, a small bunch of thyme and spices.
- Step 2 Wash the meat well and cut into medium pieces across the fibers.
- Step 3 Put the meat in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom or a scallop and pour 1-1.5 liters of cold water.
- Step 4 Bring to a boil, remove the foam, reduce heat and add the onions cut into half rings, a bunch of thyme, sweet pepper and bay leaf. Cook all over low heat for 1 hour under the lid.
- Step 5 Carrots, stalks of celery and leeks cut into thick slices.
- Step 6 Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
- Step 7 Add the cooked vegetables to the pan to the meat.
- Step 8 Add a pinch of salt and pepper and cook all together for another 40 minutes over low heat (if very little added to the vegetable, add 1-1.5 cups of cold boiled water).
