- Milk - 500 Milliliters
- Dry yeast - 11 Grams (or 50-60 grams of raw)
- Flour - 1-1,3 Kilogram
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter or margarine - 200 Grams

In warm milk, dissolve the yeast, then add a half kilo of flour and mix well. Next, put the spoon in a warm place to make the dough grow. Then add 150 grams of sugar and butter to the dough and mix well. Then add the eggs and mix again. Then add the remaining flour and knead the dough well, then put it back in a warm place and let it go up. Mix separately sugar and cinnamon. This is a sprinkling. Cut the dough into pieces and roll each of them into a thin sheet, which is sprinkled with sugars and cinnamon. Collapse the rolls, which then cut into slices. Each piece is cut and unfolded. Spread on a grease lubricated or lined with paper, and bake for 30 minutes.
