Mozzarella get out of the package, drain unnecessary liquid, cut into medium-sized slices and distribute on a plate. Wash the tomatoes and slice them next to the mozzarella. Avocado clean, remove the stone and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Lay next to tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with dried basil on top. For sauce: peel two cloves of garlic and crush it with garlic. The resulting mass is put in a special bowl. In the same dish, put the greens, pesto sauce, balsamic sauce, grape seed oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, sugar, salt. Mix all ingredients with a blender until smooth. Let it weigh 15 minutes, so that the odors are mixed. Sauce pour into a snack. Garnish with greenery and serve with a crisp white bun.
