We cook beef in sweet and sour sauce. It so happened that I always cook with pleasure. I like to get acquainted with new recipes and invent my own. Sometimes you break, you break your head: what to cook, both unusual and simple. Here and there are different modifications of dishes. So this recipe appeared spontaneously, I wanted the meat to turn out to be spicy and spicy.
Ingredients:- Beef pulp 500g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Tomato juice 100 ml
- Water boiled 100 ml
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Adjika 10 ml
- Flour, wheat 20 g
- Butter 30 g
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Sugar 20g
- Salt 10 g
- Step 1 To prepare the dish, take: beef (pre-defrosted), onions, tomatoes, tomato juice, greens to taste and spices.
- Step 2 We remove the meat from the films and tendons, cut them on the plates across the fibers, each of which is slightly beaten and cut into pieces not very finely.
- Step 3 In the cast-iron cauldron we melted the butter.
- Step 4 In the preheated oil, fry the meat, constantly turning it over so that it is covered with a crust and does not lose moisture.
- Step 5 Cut the onions into slices.
- Step 6 Add the onions in a saucepan with meat, fry them, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.
- Step 7 Cut small cubes of fresh tomato.
- Step 8 Add to the meat, continuing the roasting while stirring.
- Step 9 Add the dried flour to the meat, mix it quickly and fry it together with the flour.
- Step 10 Mix tomato juice with boiled water and pour into fried meat with vegetables. Add salt and sugar. Simmer under the lid on a slow fire until the softness of the beef.
- Step 11 In the end, add the finished Adzhika to the meat sauce. Finely cut the greens, add to the finished sauce, close the lid and turn off the stove. We insist 10 minutes.
- Step 12 Serve with fresh vegetables. On the garnish you can cook boiled potatoes, pasta or mashed potatoes.
