- apple - 1 Piece (peeled, removed, cut)
- apple juice - 1 cup
- fresh apricots - 4 pieces (without skin and pips)
- banana - 1 piece (peeled)
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 3/4 Cups
- Ice cubes - 10-12 pieces
- honey - 1 st. a spoon
Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and bring to a homogeneous mass. This fruit cocktail contains a lot of vitamins.
