Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and bring to a homogeneous mass. This fruit Ingredients:

• apple - 1 Piece (peeled, removed, cut)
• apple juice - 1 cup
• fresh apricots - 4 pieces (without skin and pips)
• banana - 1 piece (peeled)
• low-fat vanilla yogurt - 3/4 Cups
• Ice cubes - 10-12 pieces
• honey - 1 st. a spoon
