Green salad with camembert cheese I propose to prepare an easy, fresh and very tasty salad. Its basis is camembert cheese and salad greens (you can safely experiment with options, take in different proportions a green salad, corn, rukkola, frisee salad or iceberg - find your combination). Pear is better to take juicy and sweet, very good sort of Conference, avocados chose not very soft (so it cuts better, but does not crumple). Salad dressing is the most usual, but it well shades the taste of all the greens.
Ingredients:- Salad green 1 beam
- Pear 1 pc.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Cheese Camembert 125 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, take the Camembert cheese, a green salad, a sweet juicy pear, avocado, olive oil and lemon.
- Step 2 Avocado peel, remove the stone, then rub straw and sprinkle with lemon.
- Step 3 Pear as well, remove the core and cut into strips, then sprinkle with a lemon.
- Step 4 Cut the camembert into 12-14 pieces.
- Step 5 Put the pear, avocado and cheese in a coarse bowl.
- Step 6 Rinse the salad thoroughly, dry it and arbitrarily tear it with your hands.
- Step 7 Add the salad with the main products.
- Step 8 Fill the salad with olive oil, add a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt - mix well and serve. Bon Appetit!
