We cook tartar Tartar, a salad of finely chopped products - this is a fast, elegant and very tasty dish! Salad from red fish, soft avocado, elastic shrimps and juicy lime is very exquisitely complemented by a small amount of fatty sour cream, red caviar and black freshly ground pepper. I am sure that gourmets will appreciate this phenomenon. This tartar has a deep bouquet of taste: first of all the taste of cold smoked trout is felt, then the lime aftertaste makes itself felt, and then comes the sensation of black pepper peel. I confess, there was a desire to add red caviar to the main body, enrich it, so to speak. It's good that I did not do this. A little accent from red caviar is much more appropriate. Fish can be taken another (salmon, salmon), but preferably smoked. The mass of the shrimps is already indicated in the purified form. The ratio of avocado, shrimp and fish is not a dogma and can vary depending on one's own preferences.
Ingredients:- Avocado 1 pc.
- Black pepper powder 3 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Fresh dill 20 g
- Red caviar 15 g
- Sour cream 30 g
- Lime 1 pc.
- Shrimp frozen peeled 40 g
- Smoked trout 90 g
- Salt 4 g
- Step 1 Prepare fish, avocado, lime, sour cream, thawed boiled shrimp, dill, olive oil, caviar.
- Step 2 Avocado wash, cut along into 2 halves, crank one halves against the other horizontally. Open the avocado, remove the stone. Pull out the flesh with a spoon. A couple of slices to leave for the decor, the rest - finely chopped and folded into a bowl.
- Step 3 Lime wash, cut into 4 pieces. From 3 squeeze the juice on the crumbled avocado pulp. Leave one quarter for decoration.
- Step 4 Thawed shrimps are dropped into salted boiling water with the addition of several sprigs of dill. Warm up a few minutes. Long to warm, and even more so, do not, shrimp will be rubber. Peel and finely chop the meat, add to the avocado.
- Step 5 Finely chop the fish and add to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, season with pepper and mix tartar.
- Step 6 Using a metal ring, put half of the lettuce on the dish, squeeze a little from above with a spoon to keep the shape.
- Step 7 Remove the ring. Tartar before serving, sprinkle with olive oil, top with a little sour cream and red caviar, decorate with lime slice, avocado slices and a dill branch. Pepper slightly.
