Baked turkey

You will need:

Mixture of seasonings "For grilling" -0.1 kg

Salt
Garlic
Onion turnips.

Parsley

Cooking method:
First, the turkey should be thoroughly rinsed under running water, dried in air and wiped with a paper towel.
Then rub the sides of the turkey with salt, a mixture of herbs and a little and leave in such marinade for 2 hours.
For minced meat, chop finely and mix vegetables and fat. Stuff the turkey with minced meat, tie it with a strong string and send it to a preheated oven to 140 degrees.
Cooking a turkey needs 3 hours, periodically watering the juice, which it will allocate.
