While the rice is draining, heat the butter in the pan, throw the mustard seeds into it, cover it. When they stop popping, add fennel, chopped pepper and ginger to the pan, quickly stir. Then add rice to the mixture, stir it all and fry for a couple of minutes. Next step: pour in water, salt and bring the rice to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Yogurt pour in 5 minutes before cooked. The resulting mixture stir with a fork, cover and cook until the seeds swell. The dish can be served both cold and hot, and decorate with Bulgarian pepper or peas cooked on top. If you decided to pamper the female beginning with sweet rice, exclude from the spice recipe, and add the sliced ​​fruit to the prepared dish.
