Preheat oven to 350 F. Pour dried fruit into a small bowl, add apple juice and cover. Place the dishes with dried fruit in the oven for 1/2 minute. After that, take out the bowl and set aside for 15 minutes. Dried fruits should absorb most of the moisture. In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and soda. We put it aside. Mix the bananas, yogurt, vanilla extract and 2 egg whites into the blender for 10 seconds. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and light brown sugar. Then add the banana mixture and whisk again. Mix the flour mixture with the liquid. We merge the liquid from the dried fruits, add 1/2 part of the dried fruits and the same number of ground walnuts in the dough. Place the baking paper on the bottom of the mold in order to avoid burning. Pour the dough into a mold, sprinkle with remaining nuts, dried fruits and bake for 45 minutes. Then let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
