We prepare a pie with banana filling and caramel. The cake is made from a yeast dough with banana filling, almond nut, lemon and covered with abundantly soft caramel. - Step 3 We pour the flour into a bowl, in the middle we make a depression in the form of a pit. Pour into the hole 2 tablespoons. sugar and pour out the milk mixture. With your hands, fill the whole hole with a thin layer of flour. Leave for 30 minutes until foamy gruel comes out.
- Step 4 Next, add the salt and 80 g of sugar.
- Step 5 Slice the butter, add 1 lemon zest and warm milk.
- Step 6 Let's knead a homogeneous smooth dough with your hands or a mixer. We'll cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour. I put the dough in the oven with a temperature of about 40 °, then everything happens 2 times faster.
- Step 7 Prepare the filling - take the crumb and sliced bananas.
- Step 8 Clear the lemon skin, cut the flesh into small pieces and add, just add sugar and cinnamon. We mix everything, crushing bananas a little with a fork.
- Step 9 Let's sketch the dough with a small amount of flour in a rectangle 40x50 cm. Cut into 3 strips of the same size.
- Step 10 Distribute the filling along the strips, then wrap.
- Step 11 We braid the scythe and put it in a greased form. If there is no shape with a hole, then put in the middle of the glass. Cover and kill in the refrigerator for 10 hours to go.
