One banana and half a lemon cut into cubes and send to freeze in the freezer. If you have fresh strawberries and cranberries, we also send them to the freezer. Hours on 5-6. Sorbet will be puffed. We begin with the strawberry layer. We take the frozen strawberries, put them in the bowl for the blender, add one fresh banana - and grind it to homogeneity. The resulting mass accurately laid out on cups / dishes and put in the refrigerator. A similar procedure is done with a frozen lemon and a frozen banana - we extract and grind in a blender with one fresh banana of homogeneity. We spread the second layer of sorbet on glasses. The same is done with frozen cranberries - grind to homogeneity with one fresh banana. We lay the third, last, layer in the cups. We put the three-layer sorbet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and serve it to the table, decorating with mint leaves. Children will be delighted, and adults too :) Beauty and yummy!
