We cook pudding Pudding from a banana - very delicate and fragrant dish. I used vanilla sugar with the addition of natural vanilla, which gave the pudding a delicate vanilla flavor. Cardamom took in grains, the contents of one grain is enough to make 2 small portions. Starch can be used potato.
Ingredients:- Bananas 160 g
- Milk 200 ml
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Corn starch 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter 20 g
- Sugar vanilla 2 g
- Salt 1 g
- Sugar 20g
- Cardamom 1 pc.
- Milk chocolate 10 g
- Step 1 Prepare the main ingredients: milk, banana, butter, egg, sugar.
- Step 2 Egg a little whisk, add starch, stir so that there are no lumps.
- Step 3 Milk bring to a boil along with sugar, vanilla sugar, a small pinch of salt and cardamom. In a thin trickle pour the milk into a bowl with egg and starch, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan, heat it over a small heat until thick.
- Step 4 Remove from heat, add mashed banana pulp and butter. Mix.
- Step 5 Pour into molds, allow to cool and put in cold for 3 hours. When serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
