- Butter - 5 Art. spoons
- sugar - 3/4 Glass
- egg - 1 piece
- vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- flour - 2 Cups
- baking powder - 2 1/4 Teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoons
- whole milk - 3/4 Cups
- blueberries - 1-2 glasses
- For sprinkling: sticks of butter - 3/4 Pieces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- flour - 1/2 cup
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. It is good to grease a glass baking dish with butter. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. 2. Add vanilla and eggs and mix to a homogeneous consistency. Gradually add flour, and then pour in the milk. 3. Stir well, add blueberries and gently mix together. Pour the dough into a prepared baking dish and set aside. 4. To prepare the pour for the pie, use a knife to mix dough in a bowl of butter, sugar and flour until the mixture looks like crumbs. 5. Sprinkle an even layer on the surface of the prepared dough and place it in a heated oven for 45-50 minutes. Allow the cake to cool slightly in a mold, extract it from the mold, cut into pieces and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
