Then cut the sausage (or meat, whichever you choose). You can cut it with straw, you can thin semirings. We spread on top of a tomato and onions. Cheese can be grated, or cut into strips, slices. Cutting can be chaotic, it is not necessary to cut off the sketchy pieces. Then start carefully wrapping it all from left to right (on the right we left the place so that the ingredients that will move in the direction of folding do not fall out).
