The finished puff pastry is rolled into a thin layer, from which we cut out the circles about 12 cm in diameter. We make several cuts about 2 cm in circumference - look at the photo for clarity. In the center of each circle lay out the filling, consisting of cubes of sliced ​​all the ingredients of this recipe (except olive oil and puff pastry, naturally). Now we cut all the cut edges to the center, forming such a basket. That's so - from all sides. Of the indicated amount of dough and filling, I got nine pies. We bake our patties for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Although time is very dependent on the oven and can vary from 10 to 20 minutes, so carefully follow the patties - as soon as the batter is browned, pull out of the oven.
