Roll the dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle. Cover the base with a plastic wrap and leave for 10-15 minutes. Remove the film. Make a 4 inch fill hole in the center of the workpiece. Fill the bread with the filling and wrap the dough with a "braid". Lay the bread on the baking sheet. Cover the baking surface with beaten egg whites. Bake in a heated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
