Knead the elastic dough from flour and hot water. Meter the dough until it becomes smooth and sticky. Put the resulting dough in a bowl, oiled. Cover the container with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. The resulting dough is divided into six parts, each of them rolled into a ball. Each ball is rolled into a cake with a diameter of 10-15 cm. Each cake is lubricated with oil, salt and lightly sprinkled with chopped green onions. We fold the cake with rolls. Then turn off the rolled roll with a snail, as shown in the photo. The resulting snail is re-rolled into a flat cake. Warm up the frying pan with butter, fry our cakes in it - for 4-5 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Fried cakes spread on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
