In boiling vegetable broth we put diced potatoes into cubes. In parallel, we cut enough onion and carrots. Lightly brown the onions and carrots in olive oil. We add to the soup crushed garlic knife and greens. Solim, pepper and grind the entire contents of the pan to homogeneity with a blender. The consistency of the soup should be something like this. If you want more liquid - add broth, more thick - flour. Cream warmed, lightly beaten and add directly to the plates. Soup-puree is ready, bon appetit! :)
