- sheets of rice paper for sushi - 12 pieces
- thinly sliced fresh mint leaves, as well as whole mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- thinly sliced fresh leaves of coriander, as well as whole leaves of cilantro - 1/2 cup
- Salad head, finely chopped - 1 Piece
- Cucumber without seeds - 1 Piece
- large carrots - 2 pieces
- red bell peppers - 2 pieces
- sprouts of radish or pea shoots - 2 Cups
- garlic-lime sauce - 1 part
Cucumber, carrot and bell pepper peel and cut into small strips. Soak a sheet of rice paper in a shallow bowl with warm water for 5 to 10 seconds. Place the sheet on a wet towel on the work surface. Put 4 mint leaves and 4 leaves of cilantro into the center of the paper. Add 1 tablespoon chopped lettuce, 5 cucumber strips, 5 carrot strips, 5 strips of sweet pepper, 2 tablespoons of radish sprouts or pea shoots, 2 teaspoons of chopped mint and 2 teaspoons of chopped cilantro. Roll into a roll and press firmly. Cover with a damp towel. Start the remaining sheets of rice paper. Cut each roll into three pieces and serve immediately with sauce.
