Snack with canned peas Another recipe for a great snack, which can be prepared for breakfast, and to a festive table, and in the countryside or at the cottage. If you like toast and hot sandwiches, then bruschetta with peas will suit you to taste. In general, bruschetta is an Italian snack, which in classical version is a grilled grilled bread slices, oiled with olive oil and rubbed with garlic. To make it more satisfying and interesting, a variety of fillings and sprinkles are placed on the bruschettes. Most often these are tomatoes and basil, but there are no restrictions - you can cook bruschettes with shrimps, sausage, ham, onions and any cheese: feta, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan. The main thing is that the foundation should be "correct". Ideally, the bread should be baked on charcoal before the appearance of a crust, but this is not always possible, especially in winter. Therefore, at home, we will use a regular frying pan, on which we will toast bread pieces in olive oil. Bruschetta with peas is a slightly modified version of the classic Italian dish. Your guests can not guess at once, from what the filling is prepared. But some intrigue at the table only improves appetite.
