1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. With the help of a serrated knife, cut off the top of each bun and scrape out the pulp, leaving the sides of the buns intact. 2. Use a brush to grease inside each bun with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. 3. Fill the buns with any fillings to choose from. Split the egg on top or just one egg white, season with salt and pepper and place the buns on a baking sheet. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then freely cover the biscuits with foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the egg becomes solid.
