Homemade yeast rolls

1. Combine 4 cups of milk, 2 egg sticks and sugar in a large saucepan. Ingredients: Instructions

1. Combine 4 cups of milk, 2 egg sticks and sugar in a large saucepan. Boil. When the mixture is hot (but not boiling), remove from heat and allow to cool, about 30-45 minutes. 2. Add yeast and 3 cups of flour. Stir in the milk mixture, cover and let it come for 1 hour. 3. After 1 hour add baking powder, soda, salt and 1 glass of flour. Stir to a homogeneous consistency. 4. Divide the dough in half, place on flour-strewed surfaces. Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes, then shape the bowl, cover with a towel and let it come in a warm place for 30-45 minutes. Repeat the same with the other half of the test or save it for later use. 5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan. Roll out the dough 1 cm thick. Cut into mugs with a diameter of 2.5 cm. Dip each in ghee. 6. Then fold the mugs in half and put them on a baking tray, flat side down. Lightly press. Repeat with the rest of the test. Cover with a towel and let stand for 30 to 45 minutes. Bake the buns for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
