Mix flour, yeast, warm water, salt and sugar together. Cut the dough and cover the bowl with a film. Add oil and continue kneading with your fingertips (4-5 minutes) until the dough cools when pressed. Roll the dough into a film and let it go up twice, leaving the bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the garlic filling. Spread olive oil with a baking dish or baking sheet. The place should be enough for 8 rolls. Sprinkle the table with flour. Take the dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll out 1 part of the dough into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick. Spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic filling on the rolled dough. Turn the filling into a roll. Cut the roll into 4 equal parts. Put the buns (cut up) into a baking dish. Pour the rolls with a small amount of milk. Put the remaining garlic on the tops of buns. Just rolls can be sprinkled with sesame seeds. Leave the buns up for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180C. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
