- bread flour - 4 3/4 Cups
- salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- sugar - 3 items. spoons
- soluble yeast - 2 teaspoons
- egg - 1 piece
- unsalted butter or margarine - 3 st. spoons
- water - 1 1/2 cups (3/4 cup hot, 3/4 cup warm)
- Egg - 1 piece (plus 1 teaspoon of water (for lubrication, if desired))
- sesame seeds - 1 To taste (optional)
1. Cut the oil into pieces. Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. 2. In another bowl, combine 3/4 cups of hot water with pieces of butter and mix until completely dissolved. 3. In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg, add it to the oil mixture and beat the mixture slightly. Add 3/4 cup warm water. 4. Add the oil mixture to the flour mix and mix. 5. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. If you use a dough hook, mix it at an average speed of about 10 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, 1-2 tablespoons at a time. If the dough is too dry, add more water. Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let it go up twice within 2 hours. 6. After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 loaves or 18 rolls, etc. Cover with a clean dry towel and allow to rise for an hour until the dough increases by 2 times. Lubricate the egg whipped with water and decorate as desired. 7. If you make bread, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake bread for 35-45 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. If you make buns or sausages in a dough, heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
