- butter - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
- flour - 3 Cups
- whiskey - 1/3 cup
- Dried Currant - 1/2 cup
- cream - 4 items. spoons (fatty)
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add 1 egg, flour, whiskey and currant. Mix well. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured working surface 6 mm thick. Cut out cookies of the desired shape, in this case the form of card suits. Beat together the remaining eggs and cream in a small bowl, grease with a mixture of biscuits. Place on a baking sheet at a distance of 3 cm from each other. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking sheet. Cookies can be stored in tightly closed containers at room temperature for up to 2 days.
