Sunny buns! Buns are soft and pleasant to taste. They can be successfully used as sweet burgers and served with butter, cheese, jam to tea or coffee. Instead of sesame seeds, you can use poppies, but you can leave the buns as they are and do not grease or sprinkle anything. I like that buns are prepared in small size and they are very nice to take in hand!
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 250 g
- Milk 125 ml
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Margarine 40 g
- Yeast, dry 4 g
- Sesame White 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 20g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary products. Sift flour. Margarine needs to melt.
- Step 2 Add the yeast, salt and sugar to the flour. Mix.
- Step 3 Pour the warm milk (37-39 degrees), add 1 egg, stir and pour the cooled margarine.
- Step 4 Stir the dough for about 10 minutes. It will slightly stick, but at the same time will be plastic and soft. You do not need to add more flour.
- Step 5 Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. To weaken.
- Step 6 Form buns (I got 9 pieces of 50 g approximately). Spread the buns on a greased or oiled with foil or parchment paper baking sheet.
- Step 7 Leave the buns for 20 minutes to come up. Lubricate them with yolk (add literally one tablespoon of water to the yolk). Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 ° C. Remove immediately after preparation. Let cool on the grill or on a plate.
