- Cream cheese - 220 Grams
- Sour Cream - 60 Grams
- Cheddar cheese - 250 Grams (crushed)
- Onions - 60 Grams (finely chopped)
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red pepper - 1 Pinch (powder)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Dried cranberries - 80 Grams
- Pecan nuts - 120 Grams (you can not use it)
Finely chop the onions. Squeeze the lemon juice. You only need 1 tsp. Place all the ingredients in a mixer bowl, except for pecans. Stir well until smooth. Place the mixture on a polyethylene film. Form the ball (do not remove the film). Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, that the ball would fix the shape. Roughly chop pecans. Just before serving, remove the film from the ball and roll it in the nuts, lightly pressing. Try to cover the entire surface of the cheese ball. Serve to the table with any crackers. Preferably with a smaller flavor, that would not break the whole taste of the cheese bowl. Bon Appetit.
