In shallow dishes, whip the oil, vinegar, garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Add the Bulgarian pepper and mushrooms, gently mix. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or put overnight in the refrigerator. Heat the grill to medium temperature, lightly grease the grill with oil. Grill the sweet pepper, skinned down, about 10 minutes. Remove from the grill. When the pepper cools, remove the skin and set aside. Fry on the grill until they become soft, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Dividing evenly, put on each half of the rolls of Bulgarian pepper, mushrooms, cheese and lettuce.
