Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan and fry for 5-6 minutes until they become soft. 2. Add brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, finely chopped bits of bacon and liquid from artichoke cans. Prepare the dressing over low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Cut the boiled chicken breasts into cubes. Slice the olives into rings. Slice Feta cheese into cubes. 4. Divide the leaves of spinach equally among the four plates. Spread over the spinach an equal number of chicken breasts, artichokes, olives and Feta cheese. 5. Pour the salad with cooked warm dressing and serve immediately.
