Ingredients:- Potatoes 500 g
- Bacon 100 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Mustard French (with grains) 1 tbsp. l.
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Salt 4 pinch
- Step 1 For this recipe, take: potatoes, bacon, purple onion, lightly salted cucumbers, garlic, a bunch of parsley, granular mustard, vegetable oil. First put the potatoes in their uniforms. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Step 2 In the meantime, the potatoes are brewed, chop the garlic roughly, and cut the onions into half rings.
- Step 3 Preheat the frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry onion and garlic. Fry for about 5-7 minutes. After that, transfer to a bowl.
