Stewed cabbage in a new way This recipe will make variety in the everyday diet. The composition of the dish includes garlic, soy sauce, and pineapple (pieces and syrup) - products that have a characteristic taste and aroma, but in a dish they are so interestingly combined in one single gustatory picture that individually they are not easy to feel. The oral variant of this dish implies the exclusion of chicken meat from the composition. As pineapple juice, a pineapple syrup is used, which remains in the jar. When frying onions and cabbage, you can add a little bell pepper, if any. Chicken fillet is used boiled.
Ingredients:- White cabbage 300 g
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Corn starch 0.3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Chicken fillet 90g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Pineapple juice 100 ml
- Pineapple canned 200g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the products: chopped cabbage, pineapple and pineapple syrup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, corn starch, boiled chicken fillet.
- Step 2 Cabbage, peeled and chopped onions a little fry in vegetable oil.
- Step 3 Add the pineapple syrup, a little salt, stir and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
- Step 4 Add chicken fillet cut into small slices and chopped peeled garlic. Mix.
- Step 5 Add the pieces of pineapple, soy sauce, a little black ground pepper and starch. Mix. Stew for another 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Cabbage is ready. Serve preferably in hot or warm form.
