Ingredients:- White cabbage 3000 g
- Beetroot 1000 g
- Boiled water 1 l
- Salt 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black with peas 7 pcs.
- Pepper fragrant 5 pcs.
- Table vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Bay leaf 3 pcs.
- Step 1 The main products for cooking: white cabbage, beets, water, vinegar, black and sweet pepper, sugar, bay leaves and salt.
- Step 2 We clean the cabbage, remove the green and damaged sheets, cut it in half, cut each half into 4-5 parts in length, and then crosswise to get the squares.

- Step 7 Then we put everything in a 3 liter jar and leave it in a warm place for 3-4 days.
- Step 8 Serve sauerkraut as a snack or salad for the second course, first chopping it and filling with sunflower oil.
